I joined the 360 Fitness family in 2017, but my journey as a trainer started 7+ years ago back there in my country: France. I have been personal training at a high level for years and worked with people on weight training, nutrition, kickboxing, group fitness and cycling. I love working with all types of people, goals and lifestyles.
It’s when you challenge yourself and push your limits that you can learn so much about yourself and what you are truly capable of. Not just physically but mentally as well. I want that for you. Whatever your goals are, with my knowledge and experience I’ll be by your side every step of the way.
