From a young age I was involved in many sports – primarily hockey, volleyball, and track and field. I was fortunate to have a hockey dryland trainer who continually shared the importance of working out,
rehabilitating injuries, eating nutritiously, and in general, living a healthy lifestyle. My previous dryland trainer set the stage for me to want to help others in reaching their health and fitness related goals. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge from my university education and my experience with online and in person clients!
